Aaron's experiences and achievements are quite simply phenomenal and hearing him speak about his Kilimanjaro climb is something I will never forget. When the video of Aaron reaching the summit played you could hear a pin drop, seeing how emotionally and physically drained he was but also how elated he was will stay with me. It made me want to achieve more and push myself in all aspects of my life and build up my own sense of resilience and determination. His love for his family shone through throughout his talk which made the whole thing so much more relatable for people and really resonated with me. Aaron joined us a Leadership event for c.1000 Leaders across our business. I would absolutely recommend him as a speaker if you are looking for someone to inspire you/your team to think about how they can push themselves to achieve things they think are out of reach.
Aaron joined us before and after his session as he was keen to meet people and engage before and after he spoke. He is a really authentic, honest, passionate, clear and very well prepared speaker. Great humour and short video clips really brought his words to life. His introduction had us hooked as he shared two big moments that he would come to later....what happened next?
His story moved people to tears. The resilience and persistence he has demonstrated, to achieve the goals he has set himself, are incredible.
